Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)

1. Open NoteLogd on your iPhone or Android device and sign in.
2. Go to your Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type the confirmation phrase when prompted and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request deletion on the web

If you no longer have access to the app, or prefer not to use it, submit the form below with the email address on your account (the one linked to your Apple or Google sign-in). We'll verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identifier (Apple or Google)
• Your profile: display name, bio, profile picture, Instagram and Spotify links, and favorite albums and artists
• Your album, track, and concert reviews and ratings, including concert photos
• Your comments, replies, Crates, tier lists, and community posts (including their images)
• Your event and Hot Take group chat messages, photos, reactions, and poll votes
• Events you posted and your RSVPs, and your Hot Take votes
• Your follows, followers, likes, and blocks
• Your Notes balance and history, tasks, streaks, collectibles, game history, and leaderboard entries
• Your notifications and device push notification tokens

What we keep, and for how long

• Residual copies in our infrastructure provider's encrypted backups are overwritten on its normal backup cycle, within 30 days of deletion.
• If you request deletion through this website, we keep a minimal record of the request (email address and date) for up to 12 months to show it was handled.
• We may retain other records only where required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements.
